At initial meeting
1 ) Provide consultation on product selection and guidance. Discuss window or door: style, operation, and aesthetic options. (Optional: set up meeting at product showroom to discuss windows/ doors further.)
2) Discuss possible 3D options if critical to spaces. (View our 3D Design page for more information)
3 ) Measure windows and doors

Phase 2
Free Estimate/ Contract Signing
1 ) Review free estimate stating detailed line items costs of proposed window/ door replacement.
2 ) Review Contract for Construction Services
3 ) Review payment schedule, salvage item list, and time line.
4 ) Schedule an installation start date, exchange signatures/ deposit
Cost: Deposit 5-10% of total Construction Cost.
Phase 3
Construction
1 ) Pre-Construction Site Meeting
2 ) On site walk through prior to demo includes client, project manager, and related construction professionals. Meeting goal is to review known challenges, discuss solutions, and review the following:
1 ) Identify neighbors that may experience negative impact from construction.
2 ) Determine hours of operation to reduce construction impact to our client.
3 ) Send out a letter to the identified neighbors offering our apologies and providing company contact information to insulate our client from potential neighborhood complaints.
Installation Process
1 ) A quality control checklist sheet is completed and retained by our job superintendent for each major phase to insure the highest quality of construction
2 ) Any construction related changes that occur during the construction project is described in detail and signed by both parties to insure clear communication. Final invoice will not contain any surprises.
Project Closeout
1 ) On site walk through between Client and Project Manager to view the completed project and discuss any finishing details
2 ) Warranty Coverage
3 ) 2-year warranty on Pankow Construction Labor.
Cost: Fixed Price
